This program fundamentally changes the way you approach your clients. You move beyond simply helping people feel better and learn how to evaluate, assess, and treat pain with intention and clarity. Through a structured clinical framework, you’ll develop the skills to assess clients using orthopedic special tests, active and passive ranges of motion, postural and movement analysis, and pain assessment questionnaires—allowing you to understand why pain exists, not just where it hurts.

This foundational module teaches you how to assess and treat the most common—and often most complex—pain presentations in practice. You’ll learn to evaluate the relationship between the lumbar spine, pelvis, and hip, identify true pain drivers, and develop treatment strategies that move beyond “low-back pain” into clear, effective clinical decision-making.

Lower extremity pain is rarely isolated. This module helps you understand how gait, load, and compensation patterns contribute to hip, knee, ankle, and foot conditions. You’ll learn how to assess movement, identify dysfunction, and apply targeted treatment strategies that help clients move more efficiently and with less pain.

Shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand complaints are often misunderstood and improperly treated. In this module, you’ll learn how to assess the entire upper extremity chain, identify contributing factors, and create targeted protocols that restore function, reduce pain, and improve everyday movement.

Pain doesn’t exist in isolation. This module teaches you how posture, movement habits, and compensation strategies influence pain patterns throughout the body. You’ll learn to assess posture with intention and integrate those findings into treatment planning for more sustainable, long-term results.

This module bridges the gap between clinical skill and professional sustainability. You’ll gain clarity around insurance-based care, documentation standards, and communication with referring providers. Learn how to support prescribed care appropriately while staying within scope and elevating your professionalism in medical-adjacent environments.

Neck pain requires more than intuition—it demands accuracy. This module teaches you how to confidently assess cervical spine conditions using orthopedic testing, range of motion, and symptom presentation. You’ll learn to differentiate local versus referred pain and build treatment plans that create trust, safety, and measurable improvement.
